Will I receive notifications/reminders when my learners’ membership is due to expire?

No. Learners will be contacted three months ahead of their membership expiring, encouraging them to book an MHFA Refresher. Learners receive a maximum of three emails to prompt them to book onto a course. All communications recommend that the learner contacts the Instructor Member they did their initial training with or their workplace, to book their course.
