- Removal of the self-led learning required of learners ahead of the course
- New films, including an updated adolescent brain film with Andrew Curran, Youth MHFA conversation films, and a roundtable discussion with young people about social media and what makes them feel listened to
- Lived experience films on depression and self-harm
- Three new case study activities to apply the Youth MHFA action plan
- End-of-session quizzes to check learners’ understanding
