We’ve chosen to prioritise offering Instructor Training for MHFA for Managers at this time. This course is new, but it’s closely based on MHFA, which you already deliver. It introduces a new course whilst providing a familiar framework and reducing the amount of new learning needed.
Supporting Team Mental Health and Performance was launched in March 2025. It is a new course with a different format to our existing people manager training offer. As part of our standard development cycle, we’re continuing to review this course and gather feedback before deciding if, when, and how it will be made available for Instructor Training.
