How do my learners receive their certificates for online courses?

Learners will receive an e-certificate which is sent out via email after they have provided feedback or opted out. They will not receive their certificate until they have provided feedback or opted out.

If your learners haven't received their feedback email, please contact the Instructor Support Team on [e-mail] with the names of the learners, their email addresses and the course ID number.
