Will the name of the course change on the dashboard?

Yes, the course name will change to 'Youth Mental Health Aware'.

Any courses listed before 3 June will still be called 'Youth Mental Health Aware Half Day'. You don't need to worry about changing courses listed before 3 June as just the name has changed.
