Can I switch my existing Mental Health Aware course to the updated course on the dashboard?

If you have an existing Mental Health Aware course listing and would like to deliver the updated Mental Health Aware training instead, you can follow the steps below.

• No learners registered: If your course listing has no learners, contact our Instructor Support team to delete it. Afterwards, once you’re accredited, you can create a listing for the updated course.
• Learners not converted to delegates: For listings with learners not yet converted to delegates, create a new listing for the updated course. Then, contact our Instructor Support team to remove the existing listing and transfer your learners to the new course.
• Learners converted to delegates: If your course has learners already converted to delegates, we recommend you continue delivering it, as materials have already been ordered.
