The course is designed to be delivered over four hours for both online and face-to-face deliveries, with two 15-minute breaks incorporated into the session.
During the course, Youth MHFAiders will have the opportunity to refresh their skills and revisit the Youth MHFA action plan, as well as remind themselves about core models including the Stress Container, the Mental Health Continuum, and the Frame of Reference. Learners will also practice having a Youth MHFA conversation.
