How long will it take to complete the individual learning?

It will take a few hours to complete the individual learning, including reading through the Mental Health Skills for Managers course materials. You do not need to complete this individual learning in one sitting, but it must be completed in full before you attend the live session. You can come back to it as many times as you need. Your process will be saved when you exit the course.
