We have decided to launch Mental Health Skills for Managers into the Instructor Member Market first as there is demand for this course and it has recently been reviewed and updated.
Supporting Team Mental Health and Performance was launched in March 2025. It is a new course with a different format to our existing people manager training offer. As part of our standard development cycle, we’re continuing to review this course and gather feedback before deciding if, when, and how it will be made available for Instructor Training.
