Should learners who are managers who have done an MHFA course previously do an MHFA for Managers course?

We do not recommend that learners who have a valid MHFA certificate undertake MHFA for Managers. The course content, structure, and outcomes, are largely the same as the non-tailored version of the course.

We still recommend that MHFAiders® complete the Refresher after three years to maintain their access to the Association of Mental Health First Aiders® and a valid MHFA certificate.
