When you list your online course on your dashboard you will be given the option of having the course materials sent directly to your learners. If you want the materials to be sent directly to your learners, you need to select ‘Yes’.
Once your course listing has been approved, your learners can book onto the course via our website or you can add them via the dashboard. When they complete the booking form, they will be asked to provide their postal address in order to receive their course materials.
When they have submitted their booking form, they will appear as a registrant in the ‘Delegate Management’ section of your course on your dashboard. When you convert them from registrants to delegates, a materials order will be automatically generated for each of them.
Please note, direct delivery is only available for online courses and the MHFA® and MHFA® Refresher courses.
