When learners register, they will have the option to choose whether they require accessible materials on the course booking form. This will also be available for instructors who are adding learners manually via the course management system.
When you convert them to a delegate, instead of creating a materials order, an email will be sent to our Supply Chain Team with the details of the learner so that we can contact them to discuss their individual needs.
