Yes, you can download a PDF version of the flip book and print that out for your reference at home. When you open the flip book, there are download and print options which you can use to download or print your own copy, see the bottom of the screenshot below.
However, the document will be updated from time to time, and the live flip book will contain the most up to date information. Please refer to the live flip book as a first port of call, instead of any copies you have previously downloaded or printed.
