The course is designed to be delivered over four hours for both online and face-to-face deliveries, with two 15-minute breaks incorporated into the session plan. Feedback highlighted the importance of additional breaks away from screens or from the training rooms. For online sessions, you have the flexibility to offer learners three 10-minute breaks to suit the needs of your learners.

- A recap of ALGEE, prompting learners to reflect on their use of it in their roles
- A recap of the three key models: The Stress Container, Frame of Reference, and Mental Health Continuum
- Conversation practice
- A recap of the MHFAider role and how learners can take care of themselves
