What does the self-led upskill cover?

The upskill is designed to familiarise you with the new course content and prepare you to deliver the redeveloped course. It contains the following modules:

1. Introduction to the upskill: Learn how to navigate the upskill modules and receive a brief overview
2. The MHFA Refresher course content: Explore changes to the course content, understand the role of an MHFAider, and familiarise yourself with the materials learners receive
3. The Association of Mental Health First Aiders: Gain insights into the launch of England’s first and only membership body for MHFAiders
4. Journeys and processes: Remind yourself of the administrative processes for course creation and get an overview of key dates related to delivery timeframes
5. Getting yourself ready: Summarise what you’ve learned, receive tips for facilitating the training, and complete an action plan to prepare yourself effectively
