Our Online Learning Hub is safe and secure, GDPR-compliant, cloud-based, and browser-based (rather than App-based), so less likely to cause concerns with Client IT teams.
In most cases it is possible to work with clients to find a solution around delivering courses on the Online Learning Hub, and we have a document that describes the architecture and connection security for the Online Learning Hub, if you need this for your clients.
On the rare occasion where a client cannot support the use of a third-party platform please refer your client contact to our IT department at MHFA England. We will seek to support the client with concerns they have and on a case by case basis seek to resolve issues raised. We will keep you, our Instructor Member, informed throughout this process.
