How do my learners provide feedback for my face-to-face courses?

Your learners provide feedback for your course in the same way they do for online courses.

To generate your learners unique online feedback form, you need to mark your learners as complete. This will generate an email with a link to an online feedback form which is sent to learners. Once they have provided feedback or opted out, they will receive another email with their certificate attached. You will then also be able to download their certificate from your dashboard.

Please note, your learners certificates will not be generated until they have completed or opted out of providing feedback.
