The Digital First Transformation (DFT) programme is MHFA England®’s major investment in upgrading our website and systems. It will bring a digital-first approach to how we work – creating simpler, more joined-up processes that improve the experience for everyone who uses our platforms.
This involves making both minor and significant changes to our processes and systems, from learner enrolment and course management to a brand new website and Instructor Member portal.
