Yes. From February 2026, we’ll provide structured training to support you in using the new website and system confidently. Training will be delivered primarily through on-demand courses in the Online Learning Hub, with additional optional supports such as webinars and drop-in sessions. Courses will be released in stages, and each course will focus on the key tasks you’ll carry out in the new system, such as managing learners, courses, feedback, certificates, and orders.
You’ll receive clear information about what training you need to complete, when it will be available, and how to access it. This will be shared through a dedicated training plan and follow-up communications.
