The programme is about reducing administration, simplifying processes, and improving stability and reliability. It will make it easier for you to manage courses and provide a smoother journey for learners, so we can continue to create a nation where everybody’s mental health matters.
We know that Instructor Members and learners value choice. That’s why we’re taking a digital-first approach, rather than digital-only, to improve both online and face-to-face experiences.
