How will learners find and book courses on the new website?

The new website includes improved search and filtering to help learners find the right course more easily. This includes filters for:

• Online or face-to-face delivery
• Location and date
• Accessibility and inclusion features

Course listings will show clearer information, including pricing, and will explain when learners are booking a place or making an enquiry. They will be displayed in a different order for each user. Fully booked courses will no longer appear in public search results, helping available courses stand out.
