How far ahead should I plan my delivery?

We recommend that you allow at least 15-working days between listing a course and course delivery.

Please make sure that you register learners a minimum of 10-working days before the first live session in order for them to receive their materials in time to complete their individual learning for live session one. The Online Mental Health First Aid course materials are required for all elements of the course and learners will need time to complete their individual learning before attending live session one.
