The ‘scheduled events’ feature will allow you to schedule your live sessions within the course template. It will allow your learners to add them to their external calendars, such as Hotmail or Outlook. If you are holding your live session on another platform, such as Microsoft Teams, you can use the scheduled events feature to give your learners the direct link to the session.
