There is also a helpful feature within the Online Learning Hub that indicates when a learner minimises their browser window during a live session, an icon of an eye with a line through it will appear on their webcam image and an alert appears in the participant list. This can alert the instructor that they are not engaged with the session and the instructor can check in with them that they are ok.
