How can learners use the interactive tools to ask questions and provide feedback?

There are several tools that can be used by the learner to talk to the group and to an Instructor Member privately:

• The ‘Raise Hand’ button – Learners can use the raise hand function if they have any questions so that instructors can invite learners to speak using the microphone to the group without talking over each other
• The ‘Room Chat’ function – This can be used by learners to talk to the group, ask questions and respond to questions or activities as directed by the instructor.
• The ‘Q and A’ function - The Q and A function can be used by a learner to directly tell the instructor privately if they wish to opt out of an activity or to let the instructor know if they are feeling distressed and need support
• The ‘Moderator Chat’ function -This function can be used by an instructor to privately chat with any other person online that has been given ‘instructor’ permissions
