Once you have delivered a course you will still need to mark your learners as completed within the MHFA England Instructor Member dashboard in the same way that you do for all other courses.
Once you have done this your learners will receive an automated email to complete (or opt out of) a course evaluation survey. (We have built 10min into the final live session for learners to complete the learner feedback form.) This will then trigger the automated course certificate to be sent directly to the learner’s registered email address.
