How do I ensure that the learner has completed their individual learning?

To monitor your learners’ individual learning progress, you can use the ‘Reporting’ tool. This will allow you to see who has completed the individual learning activities, any answers that have been provided, and the amount of time a learner has spent on an activity.

You can choose a specific course, activity, or learner to report on. In addition to this, you can use the reporting function to send a message to a learner or group learners if you can see an activity is not yet complete.

Learners need to complete all individual learning activities to be marked as complete and issued with a certificate.
