Why has individual learning been removed from the online version of the course?

To make the online and face to face courses consistent we decided the content should be the same for both means of delivery. 

We have made room for quizzes, practice conversations and other reflective activities during the new course that will allow for the information to be embedded.  

In addition, Instructor Members were telling us that a percentage of learners were not completing the individual learning and you were therefore spending your time chasing up people to finish these modules. 

You may also recall that the people attending the face-to-face courses in the past had no pre-learning, so we are returning to this model.
