How was the new offer developed?

To inform the content development work we engaged with Instructor Members, MHFAiders®, and workplaces to understand the different needs.  

We created a Reference Group made up of experts and worked with National Trainers to develop the content, as well as using our own expertise, to ensure the course meets the MHFA International standards.  

We held successful pilots with 40 people in February 2022 before finalising the course and session plans and improving the MHFAider Support App®.
