Can my learners purchase a hard copy of the manual?

Yes, you will be able to order an additional hard copy manual for your learner on the dashboard, here.

If your learners wish to order the materials directly, they should [e-mail] with their request.

All the content that your learners will need to refer to during the course is now included in the learner workbook. This acts like their handbook throughout the course.

The manual is now designed to be a resource that MHFAiders® can use for further information or to refer to after the course.

Our research showed that almost 75% of learners rarely, if ever, consulted the manual after attending an MHFA course. One reason given for this was that the statistics, references, and other information became out of date in time. Our new digital manual can be kept up to date more effectively and be accessed quickly, so it continues to be a useful resource for our learners after the course.

We know that there will be circumstances where learners may want a hard copy resource. We are exploring if we can make it possible to buy an additional hard copy manual using our current systems.
